The Benefits of the SONUS Acoustic Pod Range

While open-plan offices solve the requirement for more collaborative spaces, they have the potential to increase the risk of broken concentration. That’s where the SONUS collection from Narbutas comes into its own. These freestanding acoustic pods drop a genuinely quiet room into a busy floor with no building work needed, and no permanent commitment.

SONUS S: the one-person focus booth

This booth is compact enough to slot into circulation space that would otherwise go unused. It’s the answer to video calls nobody else needs to hear, the hour or two of deep work that needs no interruption or the private conversation that usually requires booking a whole meeting room.

SONUS M: the two-person meeting pod

Many office meetings often book a six-seat meeting room when only a couple of people are attending. SONUS M reclaims that capacity by providing a space for two people. Two upholstered seats face each other, designed for ergonomic comfort and making it well suited to one-to-ones, interviews, mentoring and paired working.

Discreet castors enable you to reposition it without disassembly, while the adjustable feet can level it on uneven floors. You can choose between visibility and seclusion, with the option of a back wall in clear laminated glass or PET felt, and the doors can be specified as left- or right-handed.

SONUS L: the four-person team pod

The SONUS L delivers meeting-room capability that can be installed within a week, rather than months. Perfect for stand-ups, client calls with several people on screen or project meetings, this is a pod you don’t want to miss out on. There are no partitions, and no permits are required to install this.

Ready to work: An AC socket with integrated USB-A and USB-C fast charging sits in the media wall and the desktop supports up to 110 lbs. It’s perfect for a full desk setup, with no compromises.
