An important issue within sport, particularly among female athletes, is the effect it has on our body image versus the pressures that are put on women to look a certain way.

Lee’s daughter, Harriet, recently posted a deeply personal video to raise awareness of this topic, sharing her experience as a BMX cyclist and offering advice for athletes who also struggle with their body image.
